Prices and deadlines
Labelexpo Europe welcomes all trade visitors over the age of 18. All badges are valid for entry on all four days of the show.
Ticket prices
For Brand Owners, Converters and Designers:
- Early bird (before 22nd August 2025): €75 +VAT
- Standard rate: €95 +VAT
For Suppliers:
- Early bird (before 22nd August 2025): €150 +VAT
- Standard rate: €250 +VAT
All prices are exclusive of 21% Spanish VAT.
Tickets are valid for entry on all four days of the show. All visitors must have an expo ticket.
Master Classes
The Label Academy will be presenting Master Classes at the show. These can be booked when you register to visit the show. More details to follow soon.
Books
When you register, you will also have the opportunity to buy books for the label and package printing industry. This includes a range of technical handbooks on specialist topics. These are available at substantial discounts.

FAQ
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit card payments using Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Unfortunately we do not accept payment by bank transfer.
Can you send me an invoice beforehand? When will I get a receipt?
Unfortunately we cannot issue invoices in advance. You will receive an invoice/receipt by email within a few minutes of completing your registration.
What do I do with a VIP code from an exhibitor?
If you receive a VIP registration code from an exhibitor, please register online to use it. Simply enter the code during the online registration process.
Unfortunately you cannot use the code if you have already registered. We suggest giving the code to one of your colleagues who has not yet registered.
How do I register a group?
While we welcome groups, each visitor must be registered separately. The registration system collects contact and demographic information for each person individually.
Can you send me a VISA invitation letter?
If you need a visa to enter Spain, you may be asked for an invitation letter confirming that you are attending Labelexpo Europe 2025. We are happy to provide invitation letters to registered visitors.
If you require an invitation letter, please register for the event first. After the process and payment is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your invitation letter. We are unable to issue invitation letters to anyone who has not registered for the show.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel your tickets by Friday, 27 June, you will receive a 50% refund. We cannot refund any cancellations after this date. If you cannot visit the show yourself, you're welcome to change the badge details to that of a colleague. Simply follow the link in your confirmation email to make any changes.
What is your admissions policy?
Labelexpo Europe 2025 is open to trade visitors over the age of 18 only. Everyone needs a badge issued by the show organizers to enter.
Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Anyone attending may be asked to show a form of photo ID.
The organizers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from Labelexpo Europe 2025. Official photographers will be taking photographs during the show, which may include photos of anyone attending. The organisers may use these for the purpose of marketing future Labelexpo events
