Harry joined Bakers in 2018, a couple of years after graduating from university. With a degree in engineering, the production floor was where he initially spent his time, training across all the print and finish presses that Bakers boast.

In 2020, when the new flexible packaging division BakPac was launched, Harry was first choice to advance his training on the new production floor. He has been key in developing Bakers’ transition into the land of flexibles.

The focus of his learning and training has been for BakPac to be the industry experts needed to supply the trade market. His technical knowledge, combined with his curious mind, engaging personality, charisma and confidence is currently best put to use working with customers. He embraces the challenge of supporting and educating the customers that are new to the digital flexible packaging platform and are looking for new solutions – of which there are many.
