At Labelexpo Europe 2023 you will have the opportunity to utilize our lead capture solutions to drive engagement with your stand, and generate more leads. This is the only system available for lead retrieval.

There are two ways to capture leads:

• Visit Connect App
• Connect Touchpoints

Visit Connect App:

Visit Connect App - is your tool for gathering detailed prospect data and qualifying leads in real-time for you and your team.  Simply scan attendees badges to capture all their details.

Download the app from the App Store or Google play Store and activate the app with your license QR code. Export your license code from your Visit Connect Portal (Option #2 the native app is recommended).

Please note one Scan app license will work on one device. Once this has been activated, it cannot be removed, and you will have to purchase another one. So do not activate unless you are certain you will be using that device at the event.

You can also create custom questions to save against your leads.  These should be configured under the 'Questions' tab in the portal and will sync with all your apps.

Connect Touchpoint:   

Connect Touchpoint – Visitors can collect digital company and product information on your stand. The touchpoint on your stand allows them to do so.

When a visitor touches the touchpoint with their badge, you collect their details, and they will receive your uploaded content. To upload the content, access the portal and navigate to the section 'Digital Content'.

To make the service effective please place your touchpoint somewhere prominent on your stand. 

You can pick up your touchpoint at the lead retrieval desk in the Hall 3 registration area, from 1.00pm Saturday 9 September onwards.

All touchpoints must be returned to the Lead Retrieval desk by Thursday 14 September before 5.00pm. After this time your leads cannot be guaranteed and a fine of 500 euros will be charged.

Your Package

Your show package will influence how many scan app licenses you have.

• A Basic and Bronze packages will give you 1 scan app license and 1 touchpoint.
• A Silver package will give you 5 scan app license and 1 touchpoint.
• A Gold package will give you unlimted scan app license and 1 touchpoint.

You can purchase extra scan app licenses and touchpoints from within your Lablexpo Europe 2023 portal, as long as you have a Basic package or above. Please note, there is no deadline to purchase extra scan app licenses, but all extra touchpoint purchases must be made before 14 August 2023.

If you do not have a package, please purchase one in your Labelexpo Europe 2023 portal, or from your account manager before 14 August.

Easily share digital information with Visitors during Labelexpo Europe 2023.

If you have a touchpoint available for your stand at Labelexpo Europe 2023, we highly recommend that you add digital content so that you can easily share it visitors. Follow these simple steps to upload your content: 

1. Go to your Visit Connect Portal via the button below. This is also the enviornment where you can find collected leads and data.
2. Navigate to "Profile & Products" in the menu on the left
3. Please set up your company profile page.
4. Add attachments and product content to highlight specific products and services (Maximum Content Size: 10MB)

PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR CONTENT BEFORE 14 AUGUST, IN ORDER TO ENSURE YOUR TOUCHPOINT IS READY WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

More than one Touchpoint?

Purchasing more than one touchpoint is a great idea if you would like to collect leads for different products.

By default the same information will be availble on every touchpoint you have. If you have more than one and would like different information on each Touchpoint, please follow the steps below.

Upload your content, but please use the 'product' section, labeling each product as a different touchpoint.

Once you have done this, please email marketing@labelexpo.com before 14 August to request your touchpoints are setup separetly.

Please note this can only be guaranteed if these steps are completed before 14 August.
