Dr. Molly Hladik is a global R&D manager at Michelman, specializing in digital printing. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry and extensive industry experience, she develops innovative primers for improved ink adhesion. Currently overseeing the development of water-based primers enabling HP Indigo ElectroInks, Molly plays a crucial role in advancing digital printing capabilities.
Her past positions include applications manager at Brewer Science, where she developed materials for semiconductor/MEMS processing and managed research on conductive inks. At Hewlett Packard, she excelled in inkjet coatings, energy-curable coatings, and various inks. Molly's expertise is recognized in her roles as chair of the Technical Committee and past chair of the Printing and Packaging Committee at Radtech. Additionally, she shared her knowledge as an adjunct professor at SUNY ESF for nearly a decade.
Molly's contributions extend beyond her employment, as she actively participates in trade organizations and speaks at industry events, driving innovation in digital printing.
