After completing a master’s degree in Chemistry with First Class Honours in 2013, Mikaela entered the print industry as a lab technician building the PantoneLIVE libraries. With a passion for color science, she became immersed in the world of printing inks and digital color management, moving on to another company as an in-plant ink technician. In 2015, Mikaela joined narrow web ink manufacturer Pulse Roll Label Products and, today, is a key part of the company’s technical team. As Product Manager she is responsible for its UV flexo, UV screen and water-based flexo inks and coatings product portfolio. Passionate about developing emerging industry management talent, Mikaela is also a board member of FINAT’s Young Managers Club.
